RETURNS

For all returns, items must be unwashed and unworn and accompanied with the invoice associated with the order. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com for a copy. Our return policy is honored within 30 days of the date purchased on our website. All orders past this time frame cannot be returned.

Returns can be sent back to the following address BUT A RA/# will need to be approved before anything is returned. 

 

EXCHANGES
All Exchanges MUST BE MADE within 15 Days of Receiving Merchandise as per our Shipping company delivery confirmation
. For all exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping methods and speeds vary between carrier. If you are returning a larger order, please note that tracking information or signature confirmation is recommended to ensure that the return arrives in our warehouse.

Black Biscuit is willing to work with you as much as we can. If you need to exchange an item for a similar size or a different product of the same cost, we can make sure that we get that taken care of. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unwashed and unworn and accompanied with the invoice associated with the order.
