Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS

For all returns, items must be unwashed and unworn and accompanied with the invoice associated with the order. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please email us at sammy@black-biscuit.com for a copy. Our return policy is honored within 30 days of the date purchased on our website. All orders past this time frame cannot be returned.

** You are responsible for shipping merchandise back to us. If there are no Original Tags on the pants that were on them when they arrived these will be deemed as used/worn and charged a 50% restocking/damaged fee**

EXCHANGES
All Exchanges MUST BE MADE within 30 Days of Receiving Merchandise as per our Shipping company delivery confirmation
. For all exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping methods and speeds vary between carrier. If you are returning a larger order, please note that tracking information or signature confirmation is recommended to ensure that the return arrives in our warehouse.

Black Biscuit is willing to work with you as much as we can. If you need to exchange an item for a similar size or a different product of the same cost, we can make sure that we get that taken care of. Once your exchange has been received at our warehouse, we will process another package back to your shipping address. We will send you an email confirming that we have both processed the exchange. All exchanges will be sent out via USPS or FedEx. Expedited exchanges can be made at an additional cost. Please include a small note indicating the product that you would like to exchange for.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process a refund back to your original method of payment and send you an email confirming that we have both received the return and processed the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process back to your original method of payment.

MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS

That’s our bad! If we messed up your order, please shoot us an email at sammy@black-biscuit.com or call us at our toll-free number 855-978-6888 and we’ll get it taken care of on our end.

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund, please allow for 2-5 business days for your refund to post back to your original payment method. The estimated processing time depends on your bank. For all refunds past this window, please contact your credit card company or your bank.
