Design Fee
Design Fee: this fee is for the design of your uniform and/or Apparel, it comes with 2 MINOR Revisions so when sending us information on what you want please be very specific. It must be paid before we begin any art designs.

AI-generated designs cannot always be recreated exactly as shown.

I'll always aim to match the design as closely as possible, but there are limitations to what can realistically be produced.

If an AI design is particularly complex, additional artwork time may be required and could incur an extra charge.

AI-generated logos will usually need to be redrawn before they can be used for production. Depending on their complexity, it may not be possible to reproduce them exactly.
- It will be nearly impossible to re-create that logo to sublimate correctly so please do not use any AI generated logos/artwork and understand that our designers try to come as close as they can but there will be some sort of modification from the ai generated design
What we do is the following:
1. Design Fee Paid - this begins the design process
2. Design sent to you the customer once completed
3. Any minor revisions (2 max) can be made at this time
4. If the entire design needs to be remade there is another design fee to be paid
5. Once we receive the order and it is invoiced a discount will be applied to the order for a percentage of the design fee (to be determined by management)
